Required for clients who are in the Opioid Treatment Program.
IOP consists of 30 sessions—3-hour sessions, 3 times a week.

Relapse Prevention Group

For clients who have completed IOP or whose assessments indicated that
they have some sobriety and need help in maintaining that sobriety.
 Twelve sessions.

Individual Counseling

For all clients who would benefit from working with a counselor one-on-one
to address mental health and/or substance use disorder symptoms.
Regular office hours and after hours available
One-hour sessions as agreed to by counselor and client.

Kidz Adventure Group

During summer break, children have less structure, which can result in a decline in functioning,
particularly for children with ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder or other disruptive behavior.
Lighthouse’s Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Summer Program
provides the structure needed for children to thrive.
Each child can participate two times weekly in age appropriate group activities
at our offices at 401 Market Street Suite 400 in Steubenville
and in various places in our community.
Lessons on anger, bullying, self-control, social skills, following-directions,
paying attention, and self-esteem are taught holistically throughout the day.

Transforming Youth Group

At risk youth aged 13-17 years old.
Adolescents will be expected to participate and engage in Prevention activities and
some Relapse Prevention activities in accordance with
Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services program requirements.
Small groups are available and led by a licensed professional counselor.
Clients seeking services can be referred by friends or family.
Other referral sources include but are not limited to physicians, courts, lawyers,
Department of Job and Family Services, schools, funding sources, and other treatment providers.
