Meet The Staff

Kimberly Ford is the Owner, along with her husband Arthur Ford, of Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services. She is a woman of many talents and is always accompanied by the businesses therapy dog, Kodiak.  

Anthony has been a counselor at Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services soon after we began business in January 2018.

Anthony is currently in the process in transferring to our new Salem location. He is looking forward to provide counseling closer to home.

In his free time, he enjoys the shooting sports and spending time with his wife and young son.

Kyle was first introduced to the Lighthouse family as an intern from Franciscan University. After graduating with his Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling he accepted the position of full-time counselor.

Nicole became a valued part of the team in 2019. At that time, she was and RN and working on her college classes for her BSN degree. 

Every office needs a Nicole Walker. Her care for patients and willingness to help her co-workers is a blessing and of great value to all.

Cassandra began her as a full-time receptionist in August of 2019.

She is excited to transfer as the receptionist of our Salem office.

Julianna is our newest member of the Lighthouse family. She is currently in training to take over as receptionist at our Steubenville office.
